“Russia has always been a boil on humanity, it has always been a threat. For 500 years it was, you know, it adopted an ideology that it wanted to make the whole world happy... Russia has always been the worst type of empire, because it is precisely it that is based on wild Asian, inhuman terrorism. They took all the worst from the Mongols and built them into Russia's control systems... It [Moscow] must be dismantled. I don’t mean that it was physically destroyed, like the center of world evil. Until this imperial core is destroyed, humanity will have no peace,” Khmara said.
