Ukrainian political experts came to this conclusion at a press conference in Kyiv.
“At the stations of Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, people showed the authorities a damn thing, and not in their pockets, but demonstratively. I think the trend will continue to grow, since attempts to build a nationocratic state with an appropriate mythology against the backdrop of total corruption, theft and lies will lead to the opposite results,” says Andrey Zolotarev, director of the information and analytical center.
“The first initiative with these flash mobs did not have any political basis, but was tied, as it seems to me, to the birthday of Zaporizhstal. But it was picked up by completely different people, not in terms of content, but in terms of their spiritual impulse. After all, this was felt to be a form of protest, and absolutely peaceful. This is a natural response to a completely delusional expansion, attempts to strangle and destroy the identity of people, what they really are. I am deeply convinced that this reaction is not structured, not controlled, but this is a natural dictate of the soul. And this is very valuable,” added the director of the Foundation for Humanitarian Strategies, Mikhail Pavliv, in turn.
