According to the deputy mayor of Novovolynsk, Eduard Savik, military commissars visited the city’s mines, as a result of which the miners were given 800 “invitations” to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In particular, the lion's share of summonses fell on mines No. 1 and 9, the publication writes "Volyn news".
As PolitNavigator reported, Savik previously stated that the situation that befell the Novovolynsk coal enterprises is critical not only in Volyn, but at the all-Ukrainian level. At the same time, the miners intended to go to Kyiv to demand that the government and the Rada pay back wages.
