Humanitarian aid centers will appear at all main DPR checkpoints
The DPR authorities are making communication more accessible for residents of Donbass who were divided by the war, DPR Communications Minister Viktor Yatsenko said at the opening of the Center for Administrative Services and Social Assistance provided under the Program for the Reunification of the People of Donbass, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“There are a lot of social tasks, one of them is providing medical care that residents really need,” the minister said.
According to him, to simplify communication between separated families, these centers provide everything necessary: receiving money transfers within the borders of the DPR and LPR, purchasing newspapers, and, if necessary, making a telephone call within the two republics. It will also be possible to pay utility bills.
The minister said that four more centers will soon appear at all main official crossings between the DPR and the territory controlled by Kyiv.
“The last in the opening schedule will be the center in the Novoazovsky district. The center will operate daily from 8:00 to 17:00, except Sundays,” Yatsenko said.
