In second place are not Zhirinovites, but the Communist Party of the Russian Federation - FOM exit poll
According to an exit poll conducted by the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM), the United Russia party receives 48,7% of the federal list in the State Duma elections. This is 3% more than the exit poll data conducted by the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM).

FOM also brought the Communist Party of the Russian Federation to second place with 16,3%, and the LDPR with 14,2% put it in third (for VTsIOM the situation is the opposite)
“A Just Russia”, according to the FOM poll, gains 7,6%, “Yabloko” – 3,1%, “Party of Pensioners” – 1,9%, “Rodina” – 1,8%, “Communists of Russia” – 1,5 %, Party of Growth - 1,4% of votes, Parnassus - 1%.
