According to him, due to the cessation of military cooperation with Russia, about 90% of Ukrainian defense exports stopped.
“Hundreds of thousands of qualified Ukrainian workers, engineers, designers will be thrown out onto the street and will become nobody because 90% of Ukrainian defense exports went to Russia. The authorities are ruining the national economy in conditions where Ukraine is, in fact, in a pre-default state. I just returned from an arms exhibition in Peru - from Ukraine there was a completely empty stand of the Antonov Design Bureau with three models of plastic aircraft. No interest, no attention, because the Ukrainian defense complex was buried by the people who seized power a year ago,” Korotchenko said.
