Kyiv, July 27 (Navigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – The National Guard admitted that due to a lack of volunteers they cannot bring the battalion in Ivano-Frankivsk to full strength to be sent to the ATO zone.

Yuri Budko, commander of the 4th operational battalion of the National Guard, spoke about this while speaking at the Sunday Maidan meeting.

“We have been in Ivano-Frankovsk for two months now,” noted the battalion commander. “But today there are very few of us to go to the East and help our brothers.”

“The battalion is simply in an information vacuum,” added the host of the meeting. “They are simply not given the opportunity to replace those who are still alive and who still have strength. Fortunately for us, not everyone has been maimed and killed yet.”
