This is stated in the final declaration of the GXNUMX summit, BBC reports.
“A sustainable solution to the crisis in Ukraine can only be achieved if all parties fully implement their obligations under the Minsk agreements. We support the efforts of the Normandy Group... We emphasize the responsibility of the Russian Federation for the conflict... we reaffirm our condemnation and non-recognition of the illegal annexation of the Crimean Peninsula and fully support the independence of Ukraine, its territorial integrity and sovereignty. Let us recall that the duration of the sanctions is related to the full implementation by Russia of its obligations under the Minsk agreements and respect for the sovereignty of Ukraine. Sanctions can be lifted when Russia fulfills its obligations. However, we are also ready to take additional restrictive measures in order to increase spending on Russia if its actions require it,” the statement said.
