According to Mikhail Sokhanich’s income statements for 2014 and 2015, he and his family do not have their own housing - neither an apartment nor a house. According to the real estate register, in July 2013 he acquired ownership of a plot of 600 square meters in Uzhgorod near the Uzh River, but in the declaration for 2014 he indicated that the land was owned by family members. Only in the declaration for 2015 did the official admit that the site still belonged to him.
From satellite images dated summer 2015, it is clear that a residential building with an approximate area of about 300 square meters has already been built on this site. m.
Considering that the house itself is not in the real estate register, it has not been put into operation. Officials were required to indicate unfinished construction projects only starting this year. Civil servants will include such objects in their declarations for 2016.
Not far away, the mother of Sohanich’s deputy, Andrei Dumnich, is also building a house. The house is much smaller in size.
Vasilisa Dumnich purchased the plot at the end of 2013. In Dumnich’s own income declarations there are continuous dashes. Apart from the 0,25 hectare plot, nothing else is specified. For 2015, he declared 73,8 thousand UAH of income, his wife – another 8,2 thousand UAH.
His boss, 44-year-old Mikhail Sokhanich, declared almost 2014 thousand UAH of income for 129, his family members - only 2,6 thousand UAH, for 2015 - 108,2 and 12,1 thousand UAH, respectively. The average monthly income for two years for the entire family was approximately 10,5 thousand UAH.
According to the declarations, the Sokhanichev family has no deposits in banks and does not own shares in legal entities. Regarding vehicles, the head of the department in the declaration for 2015 indicated that he drives a VAZ-2105 manufactured in 1984.
