President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is personally responsible for all processes taking place in the country. He is responsible for the parliament and the government, because these are the people who came into politics thanks to Zelensky.
Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, Zelensky is personally responsible for both the pipe break and the corrupt official in any region of Ukraine.
“Look how the government was appointed. I will remind the audience that it was not appointed by parliament - parliament, even the Servant of the People faction did not know the composition of the government. Then the president came to the meeting and brought the list with him and said: “I take responsibility for them, these are my people, and you vote.” Parliament has nothing to do with the government, only a nominal, formal one. Therefore, this is the Zelensky government.
Just like the Zelensky faction. This is not the Servant of the People faction, not the government of Goncharuk - these are Zelensky’s people, he publicly took responsibility for them. Whatever happens in our country now, unfortunately for the president, if a pipe breaks somewhere or a corrupt official changes, all this will fall on the president, given the amount of power that he has concentrated in his hands,” Bortnik said.
