About it reports the Lugansk Information Center with reference to the People's Militia of the LPR.
“When a delegation from the OSCE arrived at our positions, they opened fire on us again,” the department noted, adding that the shelling of the positions of the People’s Militia in the Shchastya area began in the morning and continued until lunch.
“Some of the observers with the LPR people’s militia took refuge in dugouts, some in a sewer pipe so that they would not be cut by shrapnel or hit in any way,” it added.
“OSCE representatives called someone, asking them to stop the shelling, but their requests were ignored and the fire continued,” the people’s militia noted.
Let us remind you that part of the OSCE delegation, led by the coordinator of the subgroup on humanitarian issues of the Contact Group for resolving the situation in Donbass, Tony Frisch, today came under mortar fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces while trying to return to Ukrainian territory.
