Kyiv, October 26 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In Kyiv, an observer felt ill at a polling station and said that she had used drugs.

At one of the polling stations in electoral district No. 217 in Kyiv, an observer from the Radical Party became ill. The woman reported that she used drugs.

Regional coordinator of Opora Taras Chmut reported this on his Facebook page.

“PEC 800519 (217 VO), an observer from the Radical Party became ill. She contacted the police that she had taken drugs, and now the police and ambulance are helping her,” Chmut said.

As PolitNavigator reported, today elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are being held using a mixed system: half of the deputies will be elected from party lists, half from majoritarian constituencies. A total of 29 political parties will take part in the elections.
