In the NBU resolution No. 16 of December 810, translated by UNIAN, the regulator changes its resolution No. 699 “On the application of certain norms of currency legislation during the regime of temporary occupation in the territory of the free economic zone “Crimea”.
“An individual who is an internally displaced person and has received a certificate provided for by the legislation of Ukraine certifying his stay on the mainland of Ukraine is a resident of Ukraine. For the purpose of identifying an internally displaced person, his place of residence on the territory of Ukraine is considered to be the address indicated in the certificate,” the document says.
“You and I, friends, have put the finishing touches on Ms. Gontareva and the NBU. But only half. Now we will cancel the treacherous law on “FEZ” in Crimea...”, former court Crimean economist Andrei Klimenko, who settled in Kyiv, commented on Facebook on the regulator’s decision.
