According to his information, on August 24, while undergoing inspection at the BP-2S002 checkpoint on the eastern exit from Mariupol, civilian A.V. Kulinenko received gunshot wounds that led to injury. Born in 1993.

“NGU militants from Zaporozhye (military unit 3029) opened fire on him because of his refusal to pay the established amount for travel through the checkpoint, which currently amounts to 100 hryvnia for one car and driver and 50 hryvnia for each passenger,” Aigistov said .
