Strong Latinization of the United States has begun
Political opponents of the current US President Donald Trump are afraid of him.
As the PolitNavigator correspondent reports, Kirill Koktysh, associate professor of the department of political theory at MGIMO, told Izvestia, answering the question of what is behind the second attempt to impeach Trump.
According to the political scientist, there is now a “strong Latinization of the United States.” He also believes that the Democrats, who are generally characterized by vindictiveness, want to get back at Donald Trump and his supporters with impeachment, given how many questions the elections themselves and their integrity have raised.
“This is the desire to close the marked deck by placing a decent card on top. Impeachment seems to be a blank card here,” says the expert.
He also believes that Democrats have a fear of Trump, whose 75 million votes are not in doubt, unlike those cast for the victorious Joe Biden. Also, opponents of the current president are afraid that he will try to return in 2024.
