“The economic, political and administrative-bureaucratic elites saw that the government is capable of losing, despite all this puffing out of its cheeks, this entire huge punitive mechanism, the SBU, the GPU, the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Due to enormous internal contradictions, it is possible to win against them. And this is definitely the beginning of the end of the Poroshenko regime,” the political scientist is convinced.
