Military operations intensified in the north of the Zaporozhye region.
Everything is very serious, military blogger and political scientist Alexey Zhivov said on the Tavriya TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t even see anymore, but I know that they are slowly starting to move there to Zaporozhye. I didn’t publish about it yesterday, but in the north of the Zaporozhye region the front has activated – and very seriously. The guys are working, our team is all ready. We have enough shells, enough planes, more than enough people. We will fight on all lines of defense, the battle will show the result. Our guys fight well,” Zhivov assured.
In his assessment, serious damage was done to the regular officers, from commander to colonel.
“I go around different parts. Of course, over the previous year, the North Military District had a lot of personnel troops detached from the special operation, so to speak, and many died. There were especially many deaths among very intelligent mid-level commanders. Yesterday we literally discussed with the guys from the regiment the death of their commander, Hero of Russia. One sergeant, who has been serving in the Russian army since 2008, told me how much respect and piety they treated the commander with. With what love he treated each soldier, how he discussed the combat mission with each one.
You see, this is the main problem for us. We have lost many career military personnel, serious and moral specialists, real warriors. Many died, many were seriously injured. This is our main problem - our management team has been washed out, from the captain to the colonel,” the observer believes.
At the end of last week, Zhivov said that things could get hot in the Zaporozhye direction in the near future, and all planned volunteer deliveries of equipment to the front line must be carried out in a matter of days. According to the observer, the built line of defense is enough to meet the enemy at the ready.
Our main resources for suppressing enemy attempts to land on the left bank or advance towards Melitopol and Mariupol are a large group of about 50 thousand people and fresh tank regiments were brought in 3-4 months ago. The problem is with technical equipment, especially in equipping with drones and electronic warfare systems.
