The billionaire stated this in an interview with his own TV channel 1+1.
“Money should stay where it is earned,” he emphasized, specifying how much should remain locally: 90%. At the first stage, at least 50/50, to be honest. People live. We earned it. The tithe was paid. This is our chromosome set. From the Bible. We are from the same confession."
“Power is the seal and control of the account. People want to pay tithes to the central budget. They have a Ukrainian flag. Nobody forbids speaking different languages. The central government will never come to the Tatarburunsky district or Vasilkovsky district. People want to live a quality life,” Kolomoisky explained the need for “economic decentralization.”
“There must be legislative changes,” Kolomoisky complained that after Vladimir Groysman left the post of Deputy Prime Minister for decentralization, this process froze.
