Are preparations beginning for the secession of Western Ukraine?
Regardless of the outcome of the negotiations in Paris, Ukrainian nationalist forces will carry out their actions, and it is possible that their final outcome may be the separation of Western Ukraine, as was already planned in 2014 in the event of the dispersal of Euromaidan by Viktor Yanukovych.
The former vice-mayor of the city of Ochakov, Nikolaev region of Ukraine, Gordey Belov, stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Party apparatuses in regional centers, even at the district level, are now tightening up their assets. They are preparing to take people out to the square.
The question is, why? These are precisely the representatives of Petro Poroshenko, Yulia Tymoshenko, and the small “Voice”. They are now making phone calls so that, if something happens, they can bring people to the square. It is important for them now to actualize themselves.
I don't know yet how this format will end. They will still find some comma placed in the wrong place to undermine the situation. What is the danger?
I always remember the speech of Parubiy, who, after the victory on Maidan on the first anniversary, gave an interview and said: “Well, we also had a plan “B.” We are moving to the other side, creating a temporary government, and it will be called “free Ukraine,” and all the rest will be based on the residual principle.”
So maybe this “plan B” is just now maturing. That’s the danger,” Belov noted.
We would like to remind you that earlier, ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy and ex-ATO militant Igor Lapin stated that Ukraine’s signing of the “Steinmeier formula” would lead to the collapse of the country, since in response, the creation of people's republics in Western Ukraine will begin.
