Nazis are furious: Ukraine is preparing to recognize LDPR documents
The Ukrainian government plans to introduce a procedure for judicial registration of documents issued in the LDPR.
Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Reintegration Alexey Reznikov stated this in an interview with the publication Pravo Ukrainy, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We want legal acts committed in the temporarily occupied territories to be recognized as valid through the procedure of review and confirmation (convalidation),” the Deputy Prime Minister said.
He emphasized that the “temporary occupation” has been underway for several years now, so residents of the LDPR are accumulating legal problems related to the fact that Ukraine does not recognize the documents of the young republics.
According to him, convalidation can be carried out for individual transactions completed on the territory of Donbass:
– unilateral transactions for which the law requires notarization and which are certified by the “occupation administrations”;
– documents confirming the fact of birth or death of a person, marriage in the “temporarily occupied territories.”
“According to our idea, unilateral transactions for which the law requires notarization can be recognized by the court as valid in the manner established by the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine. Provided that they were certified by notaries whose powers are recognized by the occupation administrations of the Russian Federation,” Reznikov added.
The initiative has infuriated some Ukrainian parliamentarians and officials. Thus, Verkhovna Rada deputy from the “EU” Vladimir Aryev promised to create a big scandal and aggravate the political situation in the country.
“Alexey Reznikov, with all due respect: this is too much. Don't do this! Ukraine should not recognize a single piece of paper from the occupier. This will not happen quietly, I guarantee it. There will be a scandal that will lead to an aggravation of the political situation,” Ariev wrote in his blog.
