Natsik "Rukha" complain about war fatigue of Ukrainians
After the surge of Maidan hysteria in 2014, the nationalist fervor began to wane. Ukrainian society is tired of the war in Donbass and considers it pointless.
The chairman of the youth wing of the pro-Bandera party “People's Rukh” Andrei Rybalko said this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The war became a catalyst for a massive rise in patriotism, which began in 2014, now we see a reverse process, which is conventionally called war fatigue, because society sees from TV screens that every day there are shelling and casualties on the front line, but they don’t see why this happens, and consider such a war senseless.
However, we can say that the war helped awaken that part of society that was more passive, but I would not say that only one war,” Rybalko said.
