Instead of rallying on the Maidan against the signed Stanmeier plan with cries of “No surrender,” we need to form nationalist battalions and, regardless of the position of the official government, go to fight in the Donbass.

Ukrainian philosopher Sergei Datsyuk, who supported the Maidan, stated this on the InterVizor channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“When they sometimes ask me a question, are you on the Maidan - not on the Maidan, I say, yes, of course, the current government is doing outright stupidity, but going to the Maidan now is even greater stupidity. Because neither one nor the other is right.

What we are faced with was created by precisely those people who are standing on the Maidan today. It was those people who turned a blind eye to the lack of military action, to the reluctance to fight, to the Minsk agreements, to the fact that a fifth column under the leadership of Medvedchuk was unfolding in the country - they all closed the chapter on this. And, by and large, even now they will not be able to do anything. If the situation has not changed, then what will the Maidan bring?” Datsyuk said.

“By and large, if we are against capitulation, we need to form volunteer battalions and, regardless of the government’s position, go and fight, and not on the Maidan. On the Maidan, capitulation is not disputed. To whom are they shouting “No surrender”?

A significant part of Ukrainian citizens will not go to fight in any case. Firstly, because they don’t know how, and secondly, because they can’t. So this is an appeal to combatants?” noted the Ukrainian philosopher.

According to him, there are two ways out of the situation.

“The first is that they form volunteer battalions and go to war. The second way out is a junta, but we have already survived the attempt to get a junta; we already had power, which we called a junta. It all ends tragically for the junta, because it turns out that there is no strategic thinking, external forces force them to negotiate with the enemy, and when agreements began, such things as their own business, oligarchic interests, and so on came into play. Look at Kolomoisky: from a national patriot at the beginning of the war to actually a fifth column,” added Sergei Datsyuk.
