The nationalists blocked the Kiev court, achieved negotiations with Lutsenko and the transfer of Zaverukha from the pre-trial detention center to the hospital
Activists of the Right Sector, the Aidar battalion, S-14 and other nationalist and neo-Nazi organizations blocked today’s hearing of the Kiev Court of Appeal in the case of neo-Nazi and ex-Aidar Vita Zaverukha, accused of complicity in last year’s attack on a gas station in Kyiv and the murder of two police officers.

Varvara Chernoivanenko, deputy head of the central information department of the Right Sector and former Odessa Euromaidan activist, reported this on her social network page.
“We are blocking the appeal court from outside. There are already “Right Sector”, Donbass, Aidar, S14 and others. And also social activists. Yuri Tymoshenko, Vita Zavirukha, a lawyer and an ATO disabled person without legs remain inside. Other people's deputies should arrive. And they brought another bus of “leopards” to trial. We ask all concerned people to join the Court of Appeal. Kyiv: Solomenskaya Square 2a,” Chernoivanenko wrote an hour ago.
Later, the following message appeared on the page of the Right Sector speaker:
“Vita Zavirukha is being admitted to the BSP hospital under the supervision of people’s deputies. A day later, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko promised to be there, with whom the deputies will negotiate to review this case.”
