Nationalists refuse to recognize court decisions on suspects in Buzina’s murder
Right-wing radicals called not to recognize the decision of the Shevchenko district court.
The corresponding statement in the courtroom, where the choice of a preventive measure for ATO fighters suspected of murdering publicist Oles Buzina was considered, was made by Dmitry Pavlichenko, who had previously been sentenced to life imprisonment for murder, but was rehabilitated along with his son-accomplice by the new government after the victory on the Maidan.

“This court is not a subject of public law and does not have the right to make decisions on behalf of Ukraine,” Pavlichenko emphasized. – This court is a subject of private entrepreneurship and a subject of private law. Nobody gave them the authority to judge our friends, brothers-in-arms, Ukrainians. Therefore, we declare that the Shevchenko Court of the city of Kyiv does not exist. All decisions made by this court and judges are illegal, and we will prosecute them in accordance with current legislation.”
In turn, right-wing activists from a group supporting suspected persons expressed their dissatisfaction with the Minister of Internal Affairs and demanded that he be sent to jail.
