Nationalists tried to disrupt the prayer service of believers of the Moscow Patriarchate
Dissenters from the UOC-KP tried to disrupt the Sunday service of believers of the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate in the village of Kotyuzhyny, Ternopil.
Earlier, the Uniates, with the support of radicals from the Right Sector, seized the temple in Kotyuzhiny. After negotiations, the temple was divided, and part of the premises was allocated to the believers of the UOC-MP. At the moment, the case is being handled by an honest Ukrainian court.

According to the information and educational department of the UOC-MP, last Sunday Filaret’s members tried to disrupt the prayer service.
The lock on the doors was filled with an unknown substance. The rector, Father Alexander, called the police, who registered a statement and recorded the fact of damage to the castle. After this, the doors were opened and the service was held.
“The fact that the prayer was still performed did not please the schismatics, who watched everything that happened at the church house from the temple they had previously captured. According to eyewitnesses, activists from the UOC-KP promised to wall up the entrance completely next time,” the report says.
