Nazis from C14 caught in terrorist attack
The lawyer of the Brazilian militiaman Rafael Lusvarga, detained by the court, Valentin Rybin, wants to achieve the arrest of militants from the C14 group, who illegally kidnapped the volunteer and deprived him of his freedom.
He stated this on air on the Magnolia-TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the lawyer, the militants should also be held accountable under the article “terrorism” for putting pressure on the court.
“Persons who are involved in the kidnapping of Rafael Lusvarga and causing him bodily harm, as well as committing a terrorist act in terms of putting pressure on the government’s decision, must be brought to justice. I think so and will do everything to ensure that the authorities bring those involved in this to justice,” Rybin said.
Let us recall that in January last year Lusvargi was sentenced to 13 years in prison; he was later released as part of a prisoner exchange between Ukraine and the LDPR. May 4th it kidnapped by neo-Nazis from the C14 group and brought under the walls of the SBU in Kyiv. May 7 court arrested him for two months. Due to the illegal actions of militants, the SBU opened a criminal case against the leader of C14, Yevgeny Karas.
