Nazi Yulia Paevskaya (“Tayra”), released from captivity, learned the Russian anthem while in a Donetsk prison.
She stated this on air on the Pryamoy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Paevskaya, she sang the anthem several times a day.
“Thanks to this singing several times every day - at least three and up to twenty, and maybe more, I suddenly learned to sing. All my life I dreamed of learning to sing, I never had it. This is an exercise, it needs to be repeated. I never had enough time to devote to learning to sing.
And so, for three months, daily singing of the anthem - even if it was the Russian anthem, but I learned to sing,” said “Tyra”.
