The Nazis turned Ukraine into an archaic xenophobic village
The march of Ukrainian radicals in Odessa clearly showed that in Kyiv they no longer control or underestimate the scale of the rise of Nazism in Ukraine.
Political expert Andrei Zolotarev stated this on the UKRLIFE.TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The march of the “winners of Odessa” took place. What did these people want to show? What kind of Ukraine do they want to build? Archaic xenophobic village or modern modern Ukraine? It seems to me, the first, because it is strange to hear curses against Stalin from people who deny the right to life to people who have different political views. But this is the XNUMXst century, this is Ukraine, and more and more often we see such fiery radical patriots, in whom, if you scratch well, you will find brown,” the expert is sure.
According to the political scientist, initially the Nazification process was artificially stimulated, and then everything went naturally.
“And it goes where it needs to go. Americans have a duck test: if someone swims like a duck, walks, quacks like a duck, then it is a duck. If someone flaunts like a Nazi, if someone has the symbols of the SS division “Das Reich”, if someone holds torchlight processions like a Nazi, then he is a Nazi.
But our politicians stubbornly refuse to face the truth: against the backdrop of general decline and economic degradation, we are experiencing local Nazism. This is, of course, a caricature of the Third Reich. From the outside, of course, it looks like a madhouse, abnormal, even funny, but it’s good to look at from the outside. But when you live in such a country, you end up feeling uncomfortable and unsafe,” concluded Zolotarev.
