The Nazis in Lvov defaced the grave of intelligence officer Nikolai Kuznetsov
Neo-Nazis defaced the grave of Hero of the Soviet Union, intelligence officer Nikolai Kuznetsov and the memorial plaque installed on the memorial on the Lviv Hill of Glory. Photos of their “arts” were published by the blog of the C14 group, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The radicals claim that in this way they wanted to draw attention to the need to rebury the ashes of the Soviet intelligence officer, whom the Ukrainian Nazis consider an “occupier.”
“C14 Lviv painted the grave-monument of NKVDist Kuznetsov on the Hill of Glory to attract attention to his reburial. For Ukrainians, he is not a hero, but a full-time security officer. He is not a spy at all - this is a Soviet myth that Russia continues to cherish.
But Kuznetsov organized provocations, pitting the German occupiers against the Ukrainian nationalists. In particular, he planted nationalist documents near the murdered bodies of German officers, indicating that the terrorist attack was allegedly carried out by murderers. That’s why he was on the “black list” of the Ukrainian underground,” the message says.
Let us remember that the authorities of Kuznetsov’s native city of Talitsa, Sverdlovsk region, and his relatives have repeatedly advocated the reburial of the Hero.
