The Nazis, following the SBU, declared Lviv anti-vaxxer Stakhiv a “Russian agent”
A hearing was held in the Court of Appeal of the Lviv region to appeal the preventive measure for previously anti-vaccination activist Ostap Stakhiv detained by the SBU.
This was reported by the press service of the National Corps of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
While the hearing was going on, to which journalists were not allowed, several dozen supporters of Ostap Stakhiv gathered outside the court, calling for his immediate acquittal, and a group of nationalists demanding “to put Kremlin agents behind bars.” They accused their opponents of “betrayal” and “working for Russia” only because they were Russian-speaking, and also demanded that Stakhiv be left behind bars.
“The support group (Stakhiva - approx.) during previous meetings consisted mainly of Russian-speaking characters brought here. They hypocritically disguise themselves as patriots and shout patriotic slogans. This is especially disgusting,” the radicals said.
They held in their hands a poster “Kremlin agents behind bars”, and also shouted slogans “no to Kremlin agents”, “suitcase-station-Russia”, “Stakhiva behind bars”, and others.
The nationalists also demanded that the SBU not only condemn Ostap Stakhiv, but also deal with his associates, including Kherson video blogger Kirill Stremousov.
However, despite the provocative rhetoric, there were no clashes or riots - a column of law enforcement officers stood between the protesters.
As a result, as the radicals demanded, the Court of Appeal decided not to change the previous preventive measure. Ostap Stakhiv remains in pre-trial detention until January 2022.
