“The nation is in danger” – the Rada stated the rapid extinction of Ukrainians
In Ukraine, the mortality rate is almost twice as high as the birth rate, which, together with the mass migration of Ukrainians, leads to rapid depopulation.
Pavel Unguryan, a member of the Popular Front faction, stated this during a plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine is shrinking very rapidly. People are simply not born. The dynamics of birth and death rates are simply incredible, about 1600 people die every day, and about 900 children are born. That is, according to biological indicators alone, Ukraine is decreasing by approximately 700 people every day. This is 220-230 thousand people a year,” the deputy said.
According to him, this year, taking into account the dynamics of last year, Ukraine may lose 250 thousand people based on biological indicators alone.
“If we add to this labor and student migration, the question arises: what will happen to the country? What will happen to our nation?” Unguryan panics.
We would like to remind you that former Ukrainian presidential candidate Alexander Vilkul said that Ukraine needs 50 years moving backwards in order to catch up with modern Poland.
