National Corps, porn business, “drummers” - the whole Ukrainian army
Recently, militants of the National Corps, which is banned in the Russian Federation, have been trying to create informational occasions by participating in various round tables. “De-occupation of Donbass through the eyes of Ukrainian and Croatian veterans”, “criminal liability for collaboration” - such topics are discussed in Kyiv by war criminals and scumbags.
Members of Biletsky’s terrorist organization thus portray “civilized Nazis.” They work on these round tables near the Verkhovna Rada deputies and other experts, giving themselves respectability.
But recent scandals related to the activities of the National Corps go almost unnoticed. And this is not at all about attacks by radicals on political opponents, nor about their persecution of people who think differently. Everyone has already become accustomed to this “social burden” of members of the National Corps. The authorities consider this their innocent pranks, or even their merit; law enforcement agencies call the terror of civilians simple hooliganism.
However, there are also types of activities that can turn their ideological allies and like-minded people away from radicals. For example, the illegal business of the Kharkov National Corps using web cameras for online porn broadcasts.
This was reported on telegram channels, and the topic was discussed on local forums. But it is difficult to expect revelations in the Ukrainian media.
The names of Sergei Velichko (Chile) and Artem Moshensky appear in this scandal. This is not just the top of the Kharkov National Corps, but its “economic bloc”, “effective managers”.
These Natsiks sit on “themes” that allow them to replenish the party coffers and their own pockets. Most likely, two years ago, security forces and people who protect such businesses would have paid closer attention to such activities. And then Avakov would have to sacrifice a couple of figures so as not to disgrace the “Azov movement.” They would have been relegated to sixth roles out of sight or expelled from the National Corps, like Oleg Shiryaev, who had a reputation as an agro-raider.
But under the current government, the National Corps is rented for special assignments through the Office of the President. They are in no hurry to dump its active members. Just as under Poroshenko the SBU covered its “death squads” of the S-14 type, so today the National Corps asset has fallen into the category of untouchables.
In those years, the “Azovites”, and then their political organization National Corps, basked under the wing of Avakov. But sometimes they came under the radar of the SBU (stories of attacks on collectors, arms trafficking). Over time, brown radical organizations make a cycle of shit in nature and join other curators. And then those who were previously considered a unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are already under the protection of the SBU. There is no permanence in the radical movement.
A few years ago, law enforcement officers shared information about how all kinds of “veterans” of the ATO, “Skhidny Corps”, “Azovites”, etc. they divide among themselves spheres of influence, tasty “topics” that were previously considered “cop stuff”. After Oleg Shiryaev, then still the head of the Azov civil corps in Kharkov, drove out of the city the influential security official Cheremukhin, who over the years held leading positions in the Kharkov police and SBU, the “warriors of light” began to actively move the police away from their usual "feed bases".

It’s no secret that these guys, the National Corps and others like them, sought to protect various types of activities, or snatch something from there: smuggling, drugs, spice, pharmacy outlets, webcams. I won’t say anything about the group of comrades that ours dealt with in Kharkov, let’s be patient.
But you know how Sternenko was investigated for drugs in Odessa? And what came of it? So it is with ours. If you look on the Internet, how many things are attached to Velichko... And he is somehow untouchable. Everyone remembers how he jumped on a guy who was on duty near the stadium.
Can you imagine what would have happened to this Chile in those years when Kharkov was called a “cop city”? When Muzyka and Cheremukhin worked here, would anyone have jumped on a policeman like that? This Chili would immediately become "Chili" sauce.

These guys have gone crazy - we all understand why. Previously, they thought about how to cover up this or that topic. And at one point they decided that they could get involved themselves: drugs, porn webcams.
In Kharkov, it is believed that webcams are an illegal business for newcomers from Kyiv. But let’s say this: if in Kharkov 3000 webcams online broadcasting traditional and non-traditional porn bring someone a month and a half million dollars, then the share of the local National Corps in this area is close to 10 percent.

Let us recall in more detail the facts mentioned by the source. The activities of the Poton organization were stopped in June of this year after its activists mistakenly attacked the car of SBU officers. The leaders of Poton were arrested. And apparently, these “Robinhoods” of the Kharkov spill have sat down thoroughly.
The same cannot be said about the National Corps militants who attacked the bus of the “Patriots - For Life” movement. The National Corps also called its fighters “Robinhoods.” And time has shown that these are the “Robinhoods”. The militants of the National Corps were kept in a pre-trial detention center for a couple of months and their preventive measure was commuted on the initiative of the prosecutor! This is what they do to criminals when they are going to get them off or give them the opportunity to escape.

Chile became a “YouTube star” after he humiliated a national guard near the Metalist stadium.
In the fall of 2018, Velichko, along with other famous Azovites, took part in the punishment of former ally Oleg Shiryaev. The latter had a conflict with the National Corps during the raider seizure of one elevator. Shiryaev was then beaten and sent to a hospital bed (his troubles were not limited to this - he was also in the dock).
In December 2018, Kharkov police leaked information about the adventures of the “Azovites” in Copenhagen. It was reported that Sergey Velichko (Chile), Anton Shabelnik (Shaiba), Artem Subochev, Alexey Sogulyakin were detained for theft in Denmark.
They were cleared out through diplomatic channels. But the most interesting thing is that all four are among the activists of the Kharkov National Corps, whose documents were posted online in connection with the porn web scandal! Coincidence? We don't think so.
“These guys don’t hesitate to fill their pockets in any way: neither theft, nor raiding, nor the business of online porn broadcasts,” says our source.
It was reported that in September 2019, Velichko and the “Azovites” took over a reinforced concrete structures plant. And allegedly because of this, in January 2020, National Corps militants had a showdown with some athletes near the regional orphanage No. 2. It is known for certain that the showdown was accompanied by shooting and a grenade explosion. Allegedly, Velichko himself was injured.
In the summer of 2020, Anatoly Shariy stated that, according to his information, Sergei Velichko and Artem Moshensky (deputy director of the Korpus security agency) are the same criminals who tried to kill Nikita Rozhenko.

Don’t ask me who is covering the National Corps - the police or the SBU. You won't find a clear answer here. You understand that such organizations should be assessed not as homogeneous political movements, and the “Azovites” not as a combat unit obeying the orders of a higher command, but as an organized crime group.
They operate on the principle of organized crime groups. Today these are “brothers”, they swear allegiance to each other, and tomorrow they kill each other, betray each other, create their own groups and are already at enmity with each other, wringing out each other’s schemes. And the SBU can work with some of them, and the police with others. These guys are needed by both the SBU and the police.
Let's look at this example. Both ours and the SBU are killing web workers. BUT they are not formalized, but begin to be protected. The guy has 300 web girls working for him, he gets fired up, the SBU officer starts working with him and receiving material benefits from him. The websites of Kyiv companies involved in web salons are publicly available. Slamming them is a piece of cake. But the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine is not looking for simple ways. That's all you need to know about this business.
We can wonder for a long time what and where Moshensky and Velichko, who remain free no matter what, are doing. Who will plant them? They “bring benefits.”

They have settled into this life better than many activists from other organizations. Previously, activists were funded because they were just morons, running around attacking everyone they were told to do. And now for such assignments they left the most suitable ones, you know who. And the rest suck their paw. But they are more willing to supply us and the SBU with information about competitors.
Recently I watched: Nemichev (National Corps) is standing under the City Council next to the “pravosek” Likhuta, against the crowd, they are beating drums. Maybe Lihuta found out that the National Corps has webcams and wants to make a profit on his ass and earn extra money. I'm joking, but there is some truth in every joke. We know those who leak their competitors to us.
And the SBU has its own “drummers”. It's funny to see them drumming next to each other under the city council, and then drumming at each other. Nemichev may not even realize why the right-wing man is approaching him.
There is a list of devils that our (police) do not need to touch at public events, no matter what they perform there. The boys were always indignant that such a long moron was constantly getting the hang of it, he was always with the girl, and if anything happened, she started squealing.
Now look: agricultural raiding. The National Corps accused, and not without reason, Shiryaev. That's how it was. Shiryaev leaked a lot of interesting information..
