OUN-UPA flags are raised above the authorities in the Mykolaiv region
The head of the Nikolaev regional organization of the party VO "Svoboda" Demid Gubsky suggested that the regional governor Alexey Savchenko install a red and black flag of the OUN-UPA in front of the regional state administration building.

Gubsky reported this on his page on the social network Facebook.
“In counterbalance to the hopes of the separatists, installing symbols of the Russian Federation there,” Gubsky said.
He noted that a similar decision is already in effect in Pervomaisk - there a black and red flag was raised over the building of the house of culture and in the “Heavenly Hundred Heroes” park by decision of deputies of the local city council, about which reported on his page on the social network Facebook Deputy Mikhail Medvechuk.
According to him, the question arose due to the fact that local nationalists, in honor of Stepan Bandera’s birthday on January 1, raised red and black flags over the city cultural center. The mayor of the city, Lyudmila Dromashko, encountered stiff resistance during one of her attempts to remove the flag, after which it was decided to consider the issue at a session of the City Council. As a result, deputies of the Pervomaisky City Council voted at the session for the placement of red and black flags in the city.
