“The temporary art object is presented in the form of a giant hand (blue), which symbolizes friendship and communication,” the message says.

It is also reported that the installation of the dubious “art object” took place “as part of the implementation of the initiative “Kiev - City of Peace” at the request of the Romanian Embassy in Ukraine and a project with the general name Moving Monuments.”
