The release of the odious Nadezhda Savchenko is a sign of the end of the regime of current President Petro Poroshenko. Political scientist Yuri Romanenko in his blog he called Savchenko’s release “the apogee of political impotence” of the Poroshenko regime: “The case reflects the whole essence of the baggage, the management that Poroshenko had. Belarusian nationalist journalist Igor Tyshkevich living in Kyiv on his blog, on the contrary, he emphasizes that the release of Savchenko at this stage is beneficial to Poroshenko. The fact is that some voters still believe that Savchenko was preparing a terrorist attack in Kyiv on the orders of the DPR. Therefore, her release clearly demonstrates the threat of “cotton revenge.”

This will be a mobilizing factor for Poroshenko - “you see, revenge is possible,” Tyshkevich said, claiming that the new “horror story” will add up to 7% of the votes to the current president in the second round.
