There are such Ukrainian “shallows”, for whom “everything that is not done is for the better,” “you just have to work,” and so on, “what doesn’t kill you makes them stronger.” They seem to be vapid and Russian-world, but for some time now they have been broadcasting the opinion “we need to get used to life in Ukraine.” I cannot explain this position other than feeblemindedness or recruitment by the SBU. After all, such characters justify genocide and in every possible way distract attention from it no worse than the horses of the Maidan.

So the question is: then why are they the loudest indignant about the ban on selling light bulbs during the Covid lockdown, for example? This is for the best! You just have to work. In the dark. And it will burn less. Or have they not received their January electricity bills yet?

I received it. For comparison: last month I paid 304 UAH for light. And since I know very well the mansi of the flayers from the utility offices, I also called back to find out if I didn’t owe anything else? “No, no,” the friendly operator answered me, “thank you for being with us!” As affectionate as in Oriflame. And today a payment arrived for 1038 hryvnia for December. Now I sit, look at her and think: why? For thirty square meters? Because from the second Maidan, in order to save money, she began to wean herself from a vacuum cleaner and in the 21st century got used to a broom in order to burn less electricity? Because we only turn on the chandelier when guests arrive? Let the electric fireplace run for half an hour before bedtime by your child’s bed so that he can at least fall asleep in a warm place? Has this already been calculated according to the new tariffs or not yet, and in February the only thing left to do after receiving a completely new, new payment slip will be to hang yourself?..

And this is not the only utility surprise - from January 1, all utility services in Ukraine have become more expensive. And today's public utility workers are an analogue of liquidated knackers or brutal gangs operating during civil wars, whose one goal is to rob. Put seals on gas pipes, cut off communications, shut off sewers (oh, a lot of tricks!). For the purpose of profit. Whoever you don't profit from will simply die.

All residents of Ukraine are probably thinking about this now. It’s just that I (we) in Odessa are doubly offended, because we did not choose the growth around our city of Ukraine and resisted the 2014 coup in every possible way.

But in general, this is exactly the case when Suprun is sorely missed with her excellent, I remember, advice, to easily and naturally change black caviar to red in your everyday diet, and not fatten as you are used to...

And what about “our fool”, President Zelensky, how does he react to what is happening? Yes, you know, he rides around Bukovel. And like in that Efremov monologue from the film “12,” everyone laughs: “Half the country is frozen, and you ha-ha-ha, you killed a policeman - ha-ha-ha, five million children without a child - ha-ha-ha.” Zelensky simply brought this to life not figuratively.

In fact, every Ukrainian president, without exception, promised that from the new year “we will wake up in a different country.” And “our fool” is no exception to this. And we really woke up every time in a different country, the novelty of which was that every year we were short of relatives and friends - this is exactly what is stable. Therefore, little can surprise the survivors. This is if earlier, even in the dark nineties, someone had told us that the scientist Cat and Dubrovsky would suddenly speak Ukrainian, in the middle of Kiev there would be a catapult made of shit and sticks, a mentally ill citizen of Georgia with a specific deviation in the form of oral contact with ties will become a “distinguished” Ukrainian politician, and a fool-clown will be the president, we would be even more surprised and submit such a predictor for compulsory treatment. And now the ban on light bulbs, panties, socks, batteries, condoms just in case... is no longer surprising. On the contrary, everything is logical - why do suicide bombers need these luxury items?

And along with surprise, joy went away. We have a Russian-speaking security guard in the Roshen store in Odessa (zrada, zrada) scared the EU MP for the Ukrainian language, and in the Bolgrad district of the Odessa region, residents once again refused to demolish the monument to Lenin. And even the cops closed the criminal case for violating the law on decommunization - go to hell, Nazis! But this is just natural rejection, and there will be more and more similar cases, because there are more normal people, and cops are people too. In the sense that they are still Russian and Soviet, and not fascists beaten off from caches. But this is not encouraging either - I repeat, these are just natural processes.

Only when people stop obeying idiocy en masse do they begin to be exterminated one by one—by utility tariffs. What - I started the text with this - is simply impossible to get used to. It doesn't survive somehow. To the point of getting used to it.

And here the question arises most acutely: what to do?

Every now and then there are calls on social networks - both in Russian and in Ukrainian - to rise to rebellion.

But here - attention - everything is still provided for us: the country has long been firmly divided into two parts. And not a single one of our people will stand shoulder to shoulder with pitchforks and Maidan trash. With those who made fun of the people burned in the House of Trade Unions, shot and blew up the Donbass, brought us to poverty, and our relatives to their graves. It will not stand up with representatives of their people, nor with prostitute politicians, who, if they truly shared our views, would never have retained this power.

But the question is still open: what to do? You need to think about it thoroughly. And certainly don’t listen to the few bots who insist that everything is fine while their neighbors die en masse behind the wall (they are just like Zelensky - they also laugh all the time). While we are still alive by chance. Yes, exactly by accident. And just for now.
