People's Deputy of Ukraine Mustafa Nayem stated this in Kyiv during a conference on the topic “GoEast: How the public sector of Donbass is changing and why it is important,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have departments, for example, the Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories, which, one way or another, still works with donors, and they are its hostages because they do not have their own funding. They even have 45% of their staff,” Nayem said.
The People's Deputy did not specify what kind of “donors” they are and what goals they set for the structure they finance.
