An “Azov” mercenary from the Russian Federation called on Ukrainians not to “mow down” from mobilization and to prepare for war

Russian Azov militant Artyom Shirobokov, convicted in Russia for mercenaryism, stated this on the YouTube channel “Islnd tv,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“How will the war end?” – asked the broadcaster.
“I believe that only an offensive is my thought. It is not very peaceful, it is militant, but I had that feeling both when I was there and after, when I have been living as a civilian for several years. My views have already changed very dramatically, I believe that only by attacking can this territory be returned by war,” answered Shirobokov.
“Russia in the form in which it exists, with this power, poses a threat in principle to the world, to Ukraine in the first place, to Europe, to the Baltic countries. Do you have some kind of concept in which it would be better for her, and she would represent a better country?” – the presenter asked.
“I can’t imagine the collapse of Russia. There is a certain layer of patriots who believe that Russia has just a little bit left, it will soon collapse, Putin will die, or the United States will defeat them. I don’t believe in collapse, I believe in the redistribution of power, the coming to power of the opposition, which, of course, is also practically impossible. But at least there will be some kind of civil strife there, in Putin’s pool, which will lead to a change of power and some kind of change in attitude towards Ukraine,” the militant dreamed.
According to him, for Ukrainians the only way out of the current situation is “not to mobilize” and prepare for war.
“Of course, we all need to do this. Moreover, with a similar situation occurring in the East of the country. I am against any pacifism in this,” Shirobokov said.
