President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced the creation of a “road map” for granting Crimea the status of national-territorial autonomy within Ukraine.

The press service of the Ukrainian president reported this.
“Our plans include the development of a road map to provide Crimea, the historical homeland of the Crimean Tatar people, with the status of national-territorial autonomy within the Ukrainian state,” Poroshenko said.
The Ukrainian president also expressed gratitude to the Crimean Tatar diaspora in other countries for their “unconditional support” for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
