Having brought trouble to Pashinyan, Navalny took on Sanda
The notorious Russian blogger Alexei Navalny congratulated Maia Sandu on her victory in the presidential elections in Moldova.
Navalny, who is now in Germany, wrote about this on Twitter, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I congratulate Maia Sandu on her victory, and the entire Republic of Moldova on its first female president. Moldova has everything for successful development. The only thing missing was a president who would fight corruption. Now it exists,” the blogger wrote.
In turn, political observer Vladimir Kornilov noted that Navalny had previously written a similar congratulation after the victory in Armenia in the parliamentary elections of the party of current Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
“After such congratulations, Moldovans should tense up. They may ask the Armenians how this usually ends,” Kornilov wrote on his blog.
Let us recall that under Pashinyan, the Armenians suffered a heavy military defeat in Nagorno-Karabakh, after which mass protests swept across Armenia
