Thus, it is temporarily impossible to support electronic petitions to the head of state due to technical interference in order to increase the number of votes.

“Due to repeated attempts to technically interfere with the operation of the electronic petitions site, the system has been switched to viewing mode. The update is ongoing to introduce and provide additional user verification,” the message notes.
