The Ukrainian drone raid on Dzhankoy did not cause serious damage
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on night drone attack on Dzhankoy.
The head of the republic, Sergei Aksyonov, announced this at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Crimea, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Regarding the night emergency, there was a drone attack after 21:00. We have one victim, moderate injuries, but by 23:30 p.m. all the procedures and surgery had been completed, and his life was not in danger. There are no serious injuries. In fact, this is a local situation, please do not pay attention to the fakes that are being spread, again, by Ukrainian propaganda.
That is, the situation is definitely completely under control, the investigation will determine what it was, what the plan was for the drones, and so on. The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case, colleagues from the FSB of the Ministry of Defense are working, so specialists will install part of this one drone or there were three of them. At the moment, the situation there is under complete control, all restoration work has been going on almost overnight,” Aksyonov noted.
In fact, the one-story store-warehouse “Compound Feed” on the street was badly damaged. Oktyabrskaya, which caught fire from the fall of UAV debris that broke the roof. But the fire was quickly extinguished, the debris was collected, and the street was already open to traffic.
One drone was shot down over the Dzhankoy Vocational College and fell between the academic building and the dormitory.
Another one or two were shot down over residential areas - the remains of one are hanging on branches near residential buildings. A salvo of air defense missiles left several houses without glass.
Experts suggest that, most likely, the Ukrainian Armed Forces used a homemade modified transport UAV in the attack on Dzhankoy, and launched it from the Odessa region.
