Nalyvaichenko carried away a nuclear bomb in a suitcase
By dismissing Valentin Nalyvaichenko from the post of head of the SBU, Petro Poroshenko broke the leg of the chair on which he sits, says Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management.

“Nalivaichenko is one of the pillars of the modern system. He is not just the head of the SBU; he held a similar position under Yushchenko. He knows everything about the political system of Ukraine and the work of the economy, he knows a lot about what happened and how it happened on the Maidan, in the ATO, how the executions and the war began. Leaving the SBU, Nalyvaichenko takes away a nuclear bomb in his suitcase. And it depends on him whether he considers it necessary to use it,” the expert said at a press conference in Kyiv.
In his opinion, in the near future Nalyvaichenko may go into the shadows so as not to destabilize the system - everyone in power fears this more than each other. He will return to public politics on the eve of the parliamentary elections.
