Last year, Russian government revenues increased by $107 billion, government spending by $172 billion, and military spending by $90-120 billion and now reaching $150-180 billion. Due to what? Excess income that the Kremlin would not have had, but it turned out thanks to the sanctions that Biden carried out. Because Biden did not do what should have been done in this situation, that is, he did not limit the export of oil, gas, or petroleum products, and with his energy and climate policies he supported world energy prices and even increased them,” the national traitor complained. .
He emphasized that as a result of these actions, Russia received a revenue stream that it had never received, which made it possible to fully finance military expenses.

These excess revenues from exports of energy and other goods allowed Putin to fully finance the military costs of the war against Ukraine.
