We would like one nuclear racket - spring aggravation in the Ukrainian army
After the collapse of the USSR, Ukraine lost one of the world's largest nuclear potentials, the preservation of even a small part of which could guarantee that Moscow would not risk taking Crimea and supporting the Russian uprising in the Donbass.
This was stated at a conference in Kyiv by Pyotr Nedzelsky, colonel, head of intelligence of the 92nd separate brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We had 176 missiles. We were the third largest nuclear weapons capability in the world. They would have left us one racket with a heel of warheads, and that’s it, we wouldn’t have any problems. No one would attack us,” he said.
Previously, Ukrainian propagandist Dmitry Gordon suggested on TV start blackmailing the West work to restore nuclear weapons if the United States and Great Britain refuse to support Kyiv.
Founder of Right Sector Dmitry Yarosh said that he discussed the issue with scientists on the production of nuclear weapons.
