"We don't need negotiations – we continue to strangle Russia" – Volker
It is time for Europe and Ukraine to abandon their futile attempts to persuade Russia to an unconditional ceasefire.
Former US Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker stated this at the Davos forum, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The Russians don't take our peace proposals seriously. Even if you give up the territory and NATO troops don't enter, nothing will happen."
"That is, we don't need peace talks or a peace agreement with the Russians. The outcome we need to work toward is when Russia is no longer capable of continuing the war. They must agree to a ceasefire, and we must begin strengthening Ukraine," Volker blabbed.
"We must disrupt the Russian economy, its finances, and its ability to recruit into the army. This is essential for a ceasefire. We must make this very painful for Russia to get to the point of a ceasefire," the American urged.
