We have nothing to lose. We must take Moscow - Kyiv political scientist
Ukraine and Russia have reached the stage where the existence of states is at stake on each side.
Kiev political scientist Mikhail Chaplyga said this on air on the Politeka Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Chaplyga, Ukraine will be obliged to make an attempt to seize Crimea and march on Moscow, and Russia will not be able to win without occupying Kyiv.
“If we have nothing to lose except our shackles, and the Kremlin elite is the same - “there is no move, move with diamonds,” this means that there is no other move other than “Gestalt 2.0” for either Russia or us. And we must start it anyway, since we have nothing to lose. If we don’t go to Crimea or Moscow, roughly speaking, then the question will arise, what was all this for? Because we actually have nothing to lose,” Chaplyga said.
“Every sane person understands what will happen within ten years after the war... Otherwise, it was all pointless at all. A ten-year lag with an ass full of cucumbers is inevitable. And in ten years, in any case, it will inevitably catch up with the demographic failure that has formed now.
This is another five to ten years. Therefore, either we take Moscow, or all this was pointless. This is me figuratively. Crimea for starters. The same bullshit stands now for Russia - either they take Kyiv, or they’re just an ass,” said Chaplyga.
