ATO participant Dmitry, who arrived on vacation for 10 days, also came out to protest. According to him, the Ukrainian military has nothing to fight with.
“Where are we with machine guns against them? We were expecting reinforcements for three weeks!” - he said.
“It is not possible to fight against Grad with the weapons they have,” said the military commissar of the Ivano-Frankivsk region Igor Pavlyuk, noting that he cannot influence the situation.
“We want an explanation from the authorities. We want guarantees from the authorities. We are interested in why only the Western regions are howling in the East. We are interested in why most of the “cargo 200” is brought to the Lviv region. We are interested in why men from the eastern regions, who know those territories well, run and hide with us. They are hiding in Bukovel. They drink beer and hide. They are breaking tents and swearing at local residents,” said activist Irina Seredyuk.
At the same time, the protesters say: they are ready to go to Kyiv to find out the truth and achieve justice.
As Navigator reported, on July 22, another partial mobilization was announced in Ukraine, and today Petro Poroshenko signed the corresponding law. Its implementation should ensure the rotation of forces in Donbass.
