Hired “volunteers” lure Ukrainian contract soldiers to Libya
Specially hired volunteers are actively recruiting Ukrainian military personnel in the Donbass to participate in combat operations in Libya.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Yakov Osadchy, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our sources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine report that in the units serving in the Joint Forces Operation zone, the work of volunteers has intensified, acting in the interests of various PMCs and forming detachments to send Ukrainian military personnel with combat experience to Libya.
At the same time, candidates are offered a fairly high monetary reward, which causes an increase in the number of military personnel wishing to terminate contracts (with the Armed Forces of Ukraine - editor’s note),” said a representative of the defense department.
Let us recall that earlier William Taylor, who until recently headed the US Embassy in Kyiv, said that the war in Donbass will allow the US Armed Forces to gain experience in combat operations against the Russians, which will give the US military an advantage during the war against Russia.
