As of the morning of January 23, energy supply organizations shut down 104 transformer substations. Emergency repair crews from the city's utility companies are doing everything possible to eliminate the damage, the city administration said.
“On January 22, according to official data, 11 people died (Leninsky district). Over the past night, as of 10.00, one death was known (Kirovsky district). One person was also injured (Petrovsky district). The data is being clarified,” the message says.
In turn, Advisor to the President of Ukraine Yuriy Biryukov said that the night in the area of Donetsk airport passed quietly.
“The weather in the DAP area is nasty. Now it’s fog, now it’s raining, now it’s hail... But overall it’s a quiet night, it hasn’t been so quiet for a long time,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
